Indianapolis, IN, March 17, 2012 –(PR.com)– Indianapolis freelance writer and editor, Emily Suess is hosting the Brave Little Blogger Contest (#BLBC12 on Twitter) at Suess’s Pieces. The small-scale writing contest for bloggers launches on March 15, 2012 and remains open until March 31, 2012. A giveaway runs concurrently with the writing contest. Both the writing contest and the giveaway are free to enter.
The contest will be open internationally, though some prizes may be substituted for any winner(s) that live outside the US or Canada. Prizes include $50, $35, and $15 Amazon.com e-gift cards as well as professional editing services, resume services, free e-books, and professional coaching.
“The goal of the Brave Little Blogger contest is to encourage writers and bloggers to practice writing while connecting with other bloggers worldwide. Using a link-up widget for submissions, participants can browse entries and build their writing and blogging network,” says Emily Suess.
Once the writing contest closes, a panel of judges from the international writing community will select first, second, and third place winners.
“I am very grateful to Brave Little Blogger contest sponsors including, Small Business Bonfire, Two Pens, Mahesh Raj Mohan and Kristin Offiler for donating prizes and underwriting some of the contest’s expenses. Their support of bloggers makes this event possible,” says Suess.
