Madison, WI, June 22, 2013 –(PR.com)– Pegasus Sustainability Solutions, Inc. of Fitchburg, WI, announced today that it has received certification for the Qualified New Business Venture program from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. Pegasus currently employs six people in Fitchburg and is projected to add eleven additional positions over the next three years.

The Qualified New Business Venture Program makes investors in the company eligible for a 25 percent tax credit on the amount they invest in the business. The WEDC said that the QNBV program will support the company’s growth and job creation in Wisconsin.
In addition to its certification under the QNBV program, Pegasus was approved for debt funding under the Wisconsin Venture Debt Fund. This fund provides debt financing at advantageous terms to be used for product development and working capital.
