Adelaide, Australia, April 05, 2013 –(PR.com)– Just thought of a new idea and looking for help? Thanks to Flinders University engineering student Joshua Morony, there’s an app for that.
Working with University and industry mentors, Mr Morony came up with the mobile application Fliidea that provides aspiring entrepreneurs with the opportunity to share their ideas or solutions via the problem it solves and to connect with other innovators.
“The main idea of it is getting people to share the problem their idea solves, which they can do without revealing their original idea,” Mr Morony said.
The application contains a database of problems, ideas or solutions the community have identified, and the active streams are continually updated with new posts.
“People can see the problems that have already been posted and can follow them, so that if a solution is reached in the future, everyone can be informed,” Mr Morony said.
The application also acts as a gateway to the innovation platform, Strategiize®, which provides an intelligent management tool for innovators who want to take an idea to market.
Fliidea is a project out of Flinders University’s commercialization agent Flinders Partners and is now available from the Google Play and Apple app stores.
